Siempre insisto a mis clientes en que nunca deben olvidar que, al fin y al cabo, son las personas (como usted y como yo) las que finalmente utilizan el PMS y lo hacen valer o no. Por lo tanto, además de vincular correctamente la estrategia y los objetivos de los equipos, los sistemas deben ser comprensibles. Mi experiencia es que esto representa un fracaso habitual para las empresas. Una de mis obsesiones a la hora de diseñar un PMS es que sea lo más sencillo posible.

Seguramente, su mente estratégica puede volar alto, trate de no hacerlo demasiado alto para que la gente pueda entender claramente los criterios de rendimiento perfectamente -> Utilice ejemplos para esto en sus sesiones de formación sobre el PMS.
